Just 2 days before Halloween,our students participated in the trick-or-treat event held in Mytown. It was our first time joining this event,hence the excitement level was high. Our students had planned their outfits a week ago! They couldn’t wait to join the event!
We all gathered at Mytown at 11 am and waited patiently for the event to commence. The mall was crowded as there were many other kids dressed up in their halloween costumes. While waiting,we had fun playing some mini games arranged at the ground floor. Soon it was 12 pm,and it was time for the trick or treat to begin. Our leader was Ms Cassandra. She lead us to restaurants around the mall.
All the students received sweets and coupons from each restaurants. They were given pumpkin baskets by the event organizer and their baskets were huge enough to carry their sweets. The students beamed with joy as they got their treats and coupons. The event lasted for an hour. Soon,it was time to leave and the host of the event thanked the kids for joining. They all posed for a picture and calpped for themselves as the event was successfull.
The minute the event ended,our students were starving. They were tired of walking continously. Mr Sam lead us to Mc Donald’s at the ground floor and we were lucky,we found a place. We opted for outdoor seating as the wind was breezy and the weather was heart-warming.
We all had a great time at the event and we were glad our students enjoyed too. Looking forward to join the event next year too.
